Main body consists of  40x40x2 mm painted steel profiles.
Steel profiles are covered with 2mm thickness soft material to increase and maximise shock absorber.
Soft material covered steel profiles are fire resistant, tear resistant material manunfactured and covered with 1100 denier 650 gr PVC.
Steps and coridor floors are covered with wooden MDF in order to prevent cracks and landslips.
Protective cushions are made of 28 denier strong sponges and  1100 denier 650 gr. PVC.
Safety nets are made of high resistance %100 poliamid and UV added strings.
Those nets are 4x4mm holes 3.5mm thickness  high resistance and resistance to sun and water. They have longer than normal product life.
Products are fire resistant. Nets are manufactured without any knots to protect children.
Play ground floor is covered with 26mm tatami mats.
Balls in the ball pits and slides are CE certified.
The product is packaged as de-assembled and shipped with the installation scheme for easy installation.
We can manufacture in different colour or dimetions of your choice.
